• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full name, valid mobile number, and any other details requested during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on 288game. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances contained within them may be forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any other person when registering or placing bets. Accounts are for personal use only.

Registration is completed by providing a valid Pakistani mobile number and a chosen password. 288game will send a one-time verification code to your mobile number to confirm your identity. Your account is not fully active until this verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 288game account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested, whether or not you personally initiated them. 288game strongly recommends the following to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 288game account that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact 288game support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

288game cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to follow reasonable account security practices. However, we will assist in investigating any reported security incident and take appropriate action where platform-side security is determined to be at fault.

You must keep your registered contact information up to date. If your mobile number changes, you must notify 288game support promptly. We use your registered mobile number for account verification, security alerts, and — if you have opted in — promotional communications.

Deposits: 288game accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. All deposits are credited to your 288game balance in PKR immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 288game does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests submitted via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 10–15 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 2 hours during standard banking hours. Card withdrawals are processed within the same business day. All quoted processing times commence once 288game has approved the withdrawal request — times may extend during high-volume periods.

Verification Before Withdrawal: 288game reserves the right to request identity and age verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or other supporting documentation. Requests made in good faith must be responded to within 7 days. Failure to comply may result in the withdrawal being held pending clarification.

Withdrawal Restrictions: Funds associated with active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met. If you attempt to withdraw funds that include active bonus balances, 288game will either pause the withdrawal request or process it after deducting the bonus element, depending on the stage of wagering completion.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 288game may request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000 per transaction.
• Repeated small withdrawals designed to circumvent verification thresholds may trigger an account review.

288game offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, a welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• Welcome Bonus: New players at 288game are eligible for a 100% match on their first deposit up to Rs 10,000. This bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. The bonus must be claimed within 30 days of registration.
• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any bonus balance remaining after expiry is forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Sports bets (settled pre-match and live) contribute 100% towards wagering. Casino games contribute as follows: slots 100%, live table games 20%, live Teen Patti 20%, Andar Bahar 20%, Roulette 20%. Any game not listed above contributes 0%.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or event is Rs 2,000. Bets exceeding this limit will be void in terms of bonus contribution and may result in bonus cancellation at 288game's discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: 288game reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of bonus terms, including low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet requirements without genuine gaming activity.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the 288game platform:

• Minimum Bet: Rs 100 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Odds: All odds at 288game are displayed in decimal format by default. Odds are correct at the time of bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted, the odds are locked and will not change regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Abandoned Matches: If a match is abandoned with no official result declared, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. For partially completed matches where an official result is declared (e.g., DLS method in cricket), bets are settled on that official result.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to available markets. 288game reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets already accepted will stand. Bets placed on a completed event due to a technical error will be voided.
• Accumulators: All legs of an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If one or more legs are voided, the remaining legs form a reduced accumulator. Minimum two legs are required for an accumulator to stand.
• Error Pricing: If odds are published in error due to a technical fault, 288game reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly.
• Cash Out: Where available, cash out prices are calculated automatically based on current odds. Cash out is not available on all markets. Once a cash-out instruction is confirmed, the transaction is final.

288game uses official competition sources for match results. Any disputes regarding result settlement should be raised with customer support within 72 hours of settlement.

All casino games available on 288game — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, and Slots — are governed by the following rules in addition to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface:

• RNG Certification: All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generation systems independently tested by accredited laboratories. The RNG outcome for every game round is determined before any player interaction takes place. 288game does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes after bets are placed.
• Live Casino Games: Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers under supervised conditions streamed in real time. The outcome of live games is determined by physical events — the position of a ball, the card dealt — and is not subject to digital manipulation.
• Minimum Bet: Minimum bet sizes vary by game and table. Minimum bet information is displayed in the game interface before you place any stake.
• Disconnection During a Game Round: If your internet connection drops during an active game round, the round will be resolved according to normal game logic and the result recorded on 288game's servers. • Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction that affects the validity of a round, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Partial game rounds that cannot be completed due to a system error will be treated as void. Winnings paid out in error due to a malfunction may be recouped from your balance.

288game's Refer-a-Friend programme pays a cash reward for each verified friend you successfully refer to the Platform. The following conditions apply:

• You must have a fully verified, active 288game account to participate in the referral programme.
• Your referred friend must register using your unique referral link or code and must be a genuinely new player — not an existing player, not a duplicate account, and not a person already registered under a different referral.
• The referral reward is triggered once your friend makes their first qualifying deposit and completes the required minimum wagering activity as specified in the current programme terms.
• Referral rewards are credited in PKR cash — not bonus funds — and are available for withdrawal without additional wagering requirements, subject to standard identity verification.
• Self-referrals — where a player refers themselves using a second device, identity, or mobile number — are strictly prohibited and will result in both accounts being reviewed and potentially closed. Referral rewards obtained through self-referral will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 288game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, using another person's account, or registering on behalf of any other individual.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financially criminal purpose.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game malfunctions, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play casino games without human interaction.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit 288game's odds in conjunction with other platforms in a manner inconsistent with genuine player behaviour.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any 288game staff member or other player through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the 288game platform other than the standard user-facing interface, including any attempt to access backend systems, APIs, or database infrastructure.

288game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity that may indicate fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotions.
• Request from the account holder (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Account identified as belonging to a minor.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account fees may apply as described in your account dashboard.

If your account is closed by 288game due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining after the forfeiture of bonus funds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the breach.

Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288game's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's 288game account at the time the claim arises.

288game is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes — all bets and games carry an inherent risk of loss which players accept at the time of participation.
• Losses arising from interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond 288game's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach results from your failure to follow reasonable account security practices.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits 288game's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.

288game reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms is always published on this page with the date of last update clearly shown. If you do not accept an amendment to the Terms, you may close your account before the amendment takes effect — your balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Continued use of 288game after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of 288game shall be governed by the laws applicable to 288game's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through 288game's customer support process shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism as specified in 288game's operating licence conditions.
